Analysis of Models To Measure The Maturity of Knowledge Management In Small and Medium Enterprises
Knowledge is a fundamental asset in the development of organizations seeking to be competitive and innovative. This article illustrates the analysis of the models proposed to measure the level of knowledge management in the context of small and medium enterprises; this study of qualitative approach was developed under the scheme of bibliographic research, and allowed to conclude that: the criteria to measure the level of maturity of knowledge management are estimated in three aspects: People/Organization, Processes and Technology, besides establishing as a scale to measure the maturity of knowledge management in the organizations according to the following five levels: Initial, Awareness, Defined, Managed, Established and Optimized/Shared.
