All energy sources in the world for optimization of supply and demand will be wisely considered. In this respect production and consumption statistics will be consider momentarily with providence of any restrictions and provision during data deriving and analyzing. Then in this paper for identifying and recognition of all Iran's energy sources and ease of data mining, deriving, retrieval and predictions Energy coding & decoding due to mega data and information in multi-layer matrixes is presented.
