We can say technological security is constantly changing without fear of being mistaken that security is constantly changing by the industry revolution in improving the integrity of technological security. With the changes in technology with new methods, processes, and technology it leads to the need to be ahead with the new trends. The AAAA (Authentication, Authorization, Administration, Audit) is a topic of great relevance in organizations, it is a matter for everyone and for everyone. This paper attempts to evaluate the variation presented by the permit control security also known in English as "Access Management" after implementing digital security plans. The evaluation is visualized as an accompaniment for the improvement of the effectiveness in making future decisions. The result of this analysis aims to find new opportunities for improvement, which is why it is considered as another instance of growth. The intention is to close the gap between the financial and technological security issues, these are evaluated individually.
