Issues and Mitigations of Remote Work

Remote working (RW) continues to be adopted after the Covid-19 pandemic for competitive, economic or sustainability reasons. However, not all are benefits and it is important to identify the problems that companies and employees may face with RW. Even more important is to identify and synthesise the respective mitigations, with the aim of improving the experience of all stakeholders. In this context, this study conducts a Systematic Literature Review, in which, through the analysis of 47 articles, it was possible to identify that there are some problems for employees that still need to be overcome.
