Opinion Mining and Sentiment Analysis Overview and Review

In the past ten years, many social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) have increased their presence on the web. These sites have an enormous number of users who produce a massive amount of data, including texts, images, videos, etc. So, many internet channels (Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, etc.) that can be used to allow the communication between people. This kind of communication is assured due to the development of social media and technology. In order to discover pertinent and hidden information, voluminous data has been generated thanks to this communication. Several researchers and works have deal with the field of sentiment analysis and opinion mining. This paper aims to analyze and scrutinize the different works which are related to these topics of researches (opinion mining and sentiment analysis).
