Compliance With Fair Principles In The Agricultural Ar-Ea: The Case of Coffee

This paper evaluates the level of the shared scientific data in the coffee research field using the F-UJI tool provided by the FAIRsFAIR project. We find that, in general, the principle that meets the highest scores is findable. For the reusable principle, none of the analyzed repositories reached a score of 50%. Therefore, the reusable principle is a pending subject. To highlight, the datasets that are published in the Zenodo, Dryad and Figshare repositories have better overall results in terms of the FAIR principles.
