Assessing The Technological and Commercial Readiness For Innovative Projects

In the current world, it is crucial to have the knowledge required to decide when the concept of a proposed project has developed enough to move on to the fol-lowing stage. An evaluation enables project workers to comprehend how much innovation a certain technology need before being put to use. A rating might be useful in gauging a project's advancement. An examination of a project's compe-tence for a significant change is called a readiness assessment. This article pre-sents an analysis of the readiness assessment tools to find how useful they can be for innovative university projects. Some projects carried out by students of the University of Petrosani were presented. In decision making of the most ready for commercialization project for each of them, a Cloverleaf Model analysis was used. The identification of the technological, marketing, commercial and man-agement readiness for the projects within the University of Petrosani represents the main results of the present research.
